I have been going to Sato Auto for 14 years. He is the most honest and trustworthy auto mechanic I have ever gone to. His prices are fair and the work is top notch. Also he has lnteresting books in his waiting room that he is some times willing to lend. But you must return them.
Sato has been my go-to shop for repairs beyond basic maintenance on my '11 Subaru WRX and '01 Lexus LX470 for the last 5 years. They are very familiar with both makes and nothing has stumped them. Recently, the owner himself humored my somewhat obsessive attention to odd sounds and went on two separate, extensive test drives with me to listen for a phantom front-end grinding noise on my 220k-mile Lexus, free of charge.
